We are here to support you in your flying career and coach you. 

Women in Aviation International is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the encouragement and advancement of Women in all aviation career fields and interests. 

WAI began in 1990 and was formally established in 1994 in the USA. The Scandinavia Chapter started in 2019 as a non-profit organisation, and re-structured in 2020.

Membership in WAI includes both women and men, astronauts, pilots, maintenance technicians, air traffic controllers, engineers, business owners, educators, journalists, flight attendants, high school and university students, air show performers, airport managers, enthusiasts - you name it, everyone that flies!
